We love, love, love Culvers. Love the great service, love the good food and so love the dollar cones. :)

I have never had a poor customer experience at a Culvers until today. Ordered 8 piece chicken dinner with sides for my family to go. Upon returning home one full side was missing and the chicken was completely dried out. I called and talked to Nick Johnson who was on duty and he was quite defensive of his chicken, saying there is no way it wasn't fresh and he couldn't do anything for me, except mail a coupon for the Cole slaw. He was rude and did not handle customer complaints well.
Never had a bad meal or service. It's fast food but quality food and excellent service.
