We have never received bad service or food. I only wish we had one in Ohio closer to where we live.
haven't had anything but the ice cream (cement mixer shake) flavor of the day here. so i'm basing my rating on how good THAT is.

Every time we go through the drive-thru, it never fails, something is wrong with the order. And when you call the number on the receipt, nobody answers.
