Had a big bone in my fish. Luckily it made me gag before I actually swallowed it!
Not only are they slow but rude and they do not listen when you order. The items she was putting in wasn't anything I was asking for and she even added items I never mentioned! In the end they still got my order wrong. I gave them a break over the summer thinking they needed to switch up staff and they did. But it got worse. NEVER again for me at this location.
Worst service ever. You need a whole new team working to run this store. They can not get an order right, this is after multiple times visiting this location.

I like the chicken strips w/honey 4 a dipping sauce. Plus perfectly cooked onion rings. Very good.

We always try to stop at Culver's when we see one on a trip. We were thrilled to locate this one on the way home to Ohio and were delighted with our experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind and personable and the food was delicious. The only thing I would change is the location...that is I would move it closer to me in Ohio! Thanks for a great stop!
