This was a horrible experience! Not sure i will EVER GO BACK! We got 2 value baskets, and first off the lady on the intercomm that took my order was so RUDE, SNOBBY and IMPATIENT. Then i get my food and the cheescurds i payed extra for were kinda cold and rubbery. This is ridiculous. I would recommend not going here. I want a REFUND!

I will never eat at culvers again I went into the 825 E. Camelback culvers and found a dead mealworm in my lettuce on my hamburger told the manager and she was like oh it must've come from the lettuce and blew me off never will I go in there again
I just visited your establishment, which my husband and I frequent, and ordered a mushroom/swiss burger. I was not pleased with the results of my order. The first burger I got had 3 thin slices of mushroom on it, so I took it back and asked that they fix it; they did, and this time I got 6 thin slices of mushroom...needless to say I was still not happy. The young manager would not make it right and only refunded me for my burger, nothing else. You have lost a customer Culver's, at least at this location...........
