Tried this location after going 0/3 at the Deer Valley location. Apparently there is not a location capable of getting your order right, lol... 0/4 overall now. I'm from the Midwest and have been to the original Culver's, it is a brand known for quality and friendly service. Not here apparently. They have gotten our order/s wrong every single time we have gone, with something either missing our just outright wrong on each order. Truly a shame to see this happen at a restaurant that our family has had such good memories at!
We had lunch there and got good service at the counter. The mushroom Swiss burger meal with sweet potato fries was amazing. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the crinkle cut fries were crispy but still tender inside. Good job!
It's awesome place great food onions ring are fabulous
So, I had a co-worker pick me up some food while I stayed at the office. I had ordered cheese curds and a hamburger and fries but when he returned the fries weren't in the bag. I called Culvers and they apologized and sent me a coupon for a free basket. Not only is their food delicious, but their customer service is on point! 5 stars from me!!
