Food is consistently good and service is better than average to very good. Location is always clean and is popular with adults to seniors and our Grandchildren. Only issues are two pet peeves. For example the amount/volume of toppings varies, more dips you seems the less you get. Second big problem: the staff NEVER Mixes the Malts, Shakes and/or Concrete Mixer long enough, (the bottom of the cup is seldom adequately blended).
Fresh and flavorful! We enjoyed our dinner and the pricing is descent
Custard is good especially the concrete mixers. Hamburgers not so much. Two pattys barely ad up to one normal patty. And butter burgers are really greasy
I love Culver's because the food is great. The customer service was good. The only problem was the carpeted floor was dirty that kept me from giving them a five star rating.
I love the food but honestly it took way too long for us to get our food.
Always very good! Orders are made fast, and correct when brought to our table. Yesterday was the first time we both noticed an extremely dirty, sticky drink station. We have never seen that at any location. It wasn't lunch or dinner rush either. We were there at 3:00 pm. Maybe short staff?
