Just had an ice cream at this Culver’s and there was a piece of hard plastic in it. Almost broke a tooth and the manager was asked to come out twice so we could let her know. When she finally talked to me all she said was “I will just throw it away”. No apology no offer to make it right since I had to throw my ice cream away. I will not ever return. DQ gets my business. Better train your management about customer relations!

Food excellent. fellow customers moods not so much.head for ice cream with the wife. hold the door for the 60 somethin married couple behind us. the woman says "I GOT IT!".....she gonna say the same when her hubby tries to pay the bill? Ladies, you've gone from Silk to Burlap.
Food was great! We had tenderloins and chocolate mint custard for lunch. Place was clean and staff was friendly. However, the wi-fi did NOT work. We're from out of town (160 miles away), so when we left town we went back and got tenderloins and cheddar cheese ball to go. Also good! Just wish Culver's would come close to the Corinth, MS area.
Stale cones, 2 scoops didn't even come up to the top of the cone.
Really great burgers and shakes. Not to mention the best french fries in town! Good service too!
