Your customer appreciation day discriminates against large families. A limit of 5 per order leave one of my kids without a burger. I end up running through the line multiple times. I still get the number of burgers I want. Your "policy" is annoying at best and just ends up taking more time away from your registers. The fact you won't make an exception to allow my orders to be taken in a single transaction is in fact descriminatory. Next time I will have each of my kids order their own burger one at a time. Food was good team was playing to much, talking in the phone, cashier not very friendly or inviting, one team member had to much food in his mouth he could barely chew on the front line.
I have been a customer ever since they opened, the place is always clean and the quality of the food is excellent there is not one thing I can complain about. There is one particular employee that I feel deserves recognition her name is Candy she is one of the most upbeat person I have come in contact in the fast food industry she is always friendly, smiling and eager to make u feel welcome she is a true asset to Culver's.
Two staffers on break in the dining room, and yet it's taking 10 minutes to receive a single concrete order? Bad staffing or bad management: not sure which.
Went to the one out in Chesterfield food is usually great. This time I couldn't even eat because the guy who brought it to use had body order so bad I lost my appetite every one around us was complaining about it. Doubt I will go back to that one.
The food was delicious but the service sucks. The price is premium and I expected better service.
I LOVE culvers but this location has one bad apple who argued with me over what I ordered. I ordered a root beer float because that's why I even come to culvers and I realize after sitting down my receipt says medium drink. Well okay.....if I did in fact say that why didn't you give me my cup? I would have corrected it there. But to argue with me over what I said, seriously I wasn't even mad until you argued all I wanted to know was how to fix the situation. Love, love, love their chocolate custard with hot fudge!
Disappointed when I specifically ordered pickles on my burger and asked for pepper packets, only to find no pickles and no pepper.
