I tried the Culver's deluxe. the burger was dry with no seasoning. The onions overpowered the taste of the sandwich. This was my first time trying the food and I won't go back.
Awesome food and great service
Got a salted caramel pumpkin concrete in the drive through tonight at 9pm and what I got had no “ice” in the ice cream. Isn’t the point of calling it a concrete that it is firm and not runny like soup. It had to have been made 20 minutes before it was given to me. I took about 3 slurps and threw it out. I mean how much did you save by giving me an already made concrete that had been sitting there that long. #lackofintegrity
Outstanding food and extremely friendly service.
not the chesterfield location....very slow service for 2 custards to go....flavor of the day was different than printed menu, just threw dust of butterfinger and a couple pecans on the vanilla, not real pleasant looking kids that worked there....ordered single bacon deluxe, got no bacon....wont go back to that location.
Had 4 kids in tow and the staff was SO kind and accommodating for everyone’s orders. Excellent staff!
I have never seen a Culver’s so filthy! Dirty tables and the soda area was awful! I mentioned it to Alano and he just walked by and looked at it.
This all happened in the last hour. I ordered 1 sandwich and fries. After waiting 5 min at the window, I was told to move to spot #4. I waited and waited while I watched car after car get their food at the window. One of those cars had bags of food. I tried to call the location and phone just rang. Finally, someone came out with a bag. I snapped at him, but I am sure it wasn't his fault. After driving away in anger, I discovered the bag didn't have what I ordered for 30 min drive home.
