Despite Culver's all over the nation honoring Teacher Appreciation Week with discounts and deals, and even free value baskets or Concretes, Culver's of Wentzville, Missouri is unfortunately NOT one of those places! When I asked about the flyer I'd seen on Facebook for a free concrete with ID badge, the lady at the drive through said, "Someone else just asked about that, and we are not participating." Great customer service sensibly priced great food and always fresh and clean atmosphere . I highly recommend them .
My family and I eat at this location on a regular basis and I must say that the service gets worse all the time the last time we went ordered shrimp dinners and were shorted shrimp in both dinners tonight they completely forgot to put the shrimp diner in with or order. The manager wanted to send me a coupon in the mail but what am I supposed to do for dinner tonight really a coupon so I told her My daughter would be back up for the correct order and was told only if she brought everything back.
