our very first time to ever eat at Culvers and we was welcomed the seconed we entered the door,the girl at the register was friendly and helpful and the staff in general was so very nice..the store was very clean and the staff kept the tables cleaned..our order was fast and omg it was so very good..the price was decent..we will def.be going back
Terrible. The food was nothing like it was advertised, was suppose to have cheese sauce on burger...after asking twice... it took 10 mins to get the cheese. Plus it was $10 for a fast food burger (not including fries) that was not good at all. Will never come back!!!!
I was watching TV and saw commercial for fish from culvers. I went too get a sandwich for me and my wife. I thought this going too be really good because I spent over 13 dollars for two sandwiches. When I got home to eat my sandwich and my wife was only half of fish (more like if you have a chicken strip). I called and talked with the manager she stated that the price and portions are set. Amazing service and the food was amazing!! My first time there and eating at Culver’s and it won’t be my last!!
Very unfriendly staff. No welcome, no hellos, no thank yous. Every staff member I came in contact with seem to be bothered.
Service was excellent. Ice cream was delicious as usual.
