I just want to say thank you to the empathetic manager, Mary. She took the extra effort to find my daughter's lost butterfly necklace. The burgers and custard were tasty as well :)
Love Culver's, but I am completely clueless as to why you stopped serving the best fried chicken anywhere around? Please bring it back.
The custard tastes like butter and sand. I've been here plenty of times and never had such horrible service and food.
Put pickles on burger despite my receipt saying "no pickles. Forgot the ranch for my daughters chicken tenders. Food was good. Cooks are not very bright apparently
Stopped there several times but this time ended up having a raw hamburger.
Disappointed. Have lived in WI, born and raised here so Culver's is very well known. While I lived in Utah they had 2 Culver's near by. They actually got my order correct. The last 3 times I've been to Culver's on Westhill, they have managed to mess my order up completely. One time not giving me the second cheeseburger I ordered and the others just adding condiments I'm allergic to so I couldn't eat the food. My fault for going there after thinking they've corrected it. Being a WI restaurant, it's sad that other states to it... read more
Ease up on the country music! I can feel myself getting dumber by the second. If you must play it please consider turning down the volume.
