Ordered chili cheese fries. Got fries with a teeny tiny scoop of chili and a pinch of cheese. Very disappointed! I think I’ll stick with the Neenah location from now on.
Seriously disappointed in this Culver’s. Last time we went through the drive through we specifically said no onions and repeated it... ended up with extra onions thankfully we checked before we left but still had to get out of the car and go in which totally defeats the purpose of the drive through. Today my husband ran by himself with my son to get Culver’s before the game and same issues... no onions and end up with onions on my burger again. bummed. waiter ten minutes for a salad and a concrete mixer. and they forgot my concrete mixer! I didnt have time to stop back because I was on lunch break :(
Best food in Wisconsin!!!
Ordered at 9:30pm. Took 10 minutes to get our food when they are not that busy..was told shortly after receiveing foid that they we have to be out in 20 mins because they close. We paid for our food we shouldn't be kicked out if we are not done eating.
the customer service of their drive thru workers was appalling. we will not be going back to this location.
PLEASE, find a way to sell Culvers root beer in gallons, liters, barrels, tubs, or any method of me taking home large quantities
