Wonderful experience last night at Culver’s on Sheridan Rd! Johnnay went out of her way to help me get a high chair ready for my daughter, while my husband was taking care of our son. She even asked multiple times if we needed anything before our food came out, condiments, napkins, etc. Culver’s has always been relatively good for a “fast food” restaurant. But, Johnnay went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. And, it was!

Horrible... it was packed but they messed up our order, I wasn't gonna wait and just ate the item. Then the most disgusting thing happened... the ice cream machine stopped (no biggie) but the lady running the station yelling about grabbing their tickets or else, she didnt catch the young girl who couldn't find the person who ordered a tall flavor of the day, and after walking OUTSIDE to try and locate them, she came in and dumped it back into the flavor of the day bin. Coupons don't make up for screwed up orders. I had been looking forward to this all day and obviously neither the person ringing the order not the person making the order understand the difference between a single and a double or the difference between fries and onion rings. Now I've called in and been asked if I can come back (it's a 10 min drive) or if you can send me some coupons. I've been sitting on hold for 5 minutes waiting to give my mailing address. The grandchildren loved it. The people that worked there were definitely kid friendly. I like their food too. I would & have recommended.
We were at Culver's two weeks ago and were disappointed in the grainy vanilla custard, and it was also very soft to melting. We just figured something went off that day and didn't complain. Well we went back today and our vanilla was so "grainy " it left stuff on the spoon. Yuk! We threw them out and went a block down to Shirl's and were served smooth custard. This is such a shame because Culver's has always been our favorite but no quality control.
