By far the worst Culver’s I have ever been to
The people are nice, employees work extra hard, and the food is delicious
I'm usually a fan of everything Culver's but my frozen custard tonight was just not good. It was supposed to be peanut butter cookie dough but it was nothing but poorly flavored peanut butter custard with a few peanuts sprinkled on top. Very disappointed! I love peanut butter cookies and had such high hopes for this custard. You need to step up the game Culver's! 😮👎👎😕
Had a bad take out experience and my wife called and spoke to a manager . He said he would replace the food and send out some coupons to make up for the problems. I went to the Sheridan road location and spoke with a very argumentative Manager named Marvie! She told me if she replaced my meal at the restaurant then she wasn’t sending any coupons out ! Not very good customer service and if this is how management operates then they’re going to loose a lot of business!!
Everytime I go here they screw up my order. Tonight was no different. Then when I tried to call the phone number listed... no one answers and there's no voice mail available? What kind of place is this? I'm done. This location used to be really good and it's not anymore. I'm not going here anymore... I suggest other people don't either.

This place is so well maintain and the atmosphere is always positive.
Wonderful experience last night at Culver’s on Sheridan Rd! Johnnay went out of her way to help me get a high chair ready for my daughter, while my husband was taking care of our son. She even asked multiple times if we needed anything before our food came out, condiments, napkins, etc. Culver’s has always been relatively good for a “fast food” restaurant. But, Johnnay went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. And, it was!
