How many of you have visited during the rain? In case you haven’t, I’m sure you wouldn’t know they have their employees out in the pouring rain taking orders from customers in parked vehicles since their dining room is still closed due to the pandemic. The manager Alex C is extremely rude along with the rest of the staff. On June 14, 2020 I got a salad that was all in the bag.. I called and spoke to Alec C who politely said he would replace my salad next time I come in. Well today June 19, 2020 I came in to get my salad replaced and got nothing but a hard time from him and the staff about my salad. I am amazed at the culvers (STORE #099) on 575 w Layton Ave, Milwaukee WI! such a great team and dedication. I was there and the line was wrapped to the hotel and it took me literally 15 min to get to drive thej window. I watched people park and get their orders taken and using walkies or their phones to deliver an order then within minutes the food was walking out with orders. VERY FAST and friendly. This is the best team work I have seen ever! thank you for all you during this pandemic and great work ....keep it up!

I have to give a HUGE shout out to everyone working tonight at the Culver’s on Layton! I have never seen a line of 30-40+ cars here in my life and you guys are working SO hard and doing an amazing job! Thank you!
