The only reason my friends, husband, or my daughter and I ever visited Culver’s in Wausau was because of their service, especially a young lady who often worked the drive thru and kitchen. When I learned she was fired, with the only reason given being “attitude” when no one I know has had anything but positive experiences with this young lady, on top of the reasoning being extremely unprofessional and petty, I am shocked. My family and I have been going here for years, we’ve had some unexpected issues with the managers here at the wausau location from them being very rude to my mom when she said she didn’t get what she ordered to my sister getting fired for her “attitude”. I know my sister, I know how late she would work because some people there were unable to close and she was the only one capable, I know how much time she put into getting things done here when others wouldn’t. There are wonderful people that work and visit Culver's on Bridge Street. Last evening we went for the Walleye basket which is my favorite. I left my purse there by accident and didn't even realize it until later the next day (today). When I called they had it, when I picked it up all the contents were accounted for. RecommendedMy daughter loves Culvers French fries. It is very family friendly here and we stop at least once a week.
Sat in the drive thru like for over 20 minutes, and there was a massive line behind me to still order the only reason I gave them a okay was the food was hot
