I would usually give Culver's 5 stars as the food is usually very good. The French fries at the Waupun location where over cooked and did not taste as good.
My husband and I are not from here, we decided to stop here for a meal. The service was beyond amazing. There was an older gentlemen unfortunately I did not catch his name, but he made our experience amazing. I felt as if I was at an Applebee's. He kept coming to our table checking on us if we needed anything. I ended up spilling my soda and he was fast to clean it up. Even though I was trying to clean it up he stated don't worry about it. Beyond amazing guy!
After waiting 20 minutes for two sundaes and a short concrete mixer with chocolate custard(cookie dough, and butterscotch). We called from the back of the building parking area. They came out and apologized for it. The lady took our receipt. Came with it and the order was still messed up.
Great place for a Burger and a great shake. So stop on by.
Always forgetting our bacon and mayo and we even pay for it.. Bogus
