I just went to Waupun WI store. I ordered 1/2 gallon vanilla and 1 qt flavor of day. Gal said we only sell in pints. how many pints do you want? I repeated myself, 1/2 gal vanilla and 1 quart FoD. she again asked how many pints. At this point I figured she did not know how to convert my order to pints. I told her 4 pints vanilla and 2 pints FoD. then to make it worse I paid 20.79 for 3/4 gallon of ice cream as I would guess pints are the most expensive. when you, order chocolate custard and get vanilla not mush fun . this has been happening more often lately . The screen said chocolate our receipt said chocolate but got vanilla people need to pay attention to detail . The service was always really good but lately we have gotten wrong order s and incorrect custard something needs correcting .
Be accurate when stating ingredients in items. We ordered a Double Butter Burger and asked what was included for ingredients. A number of items were stated but mayonnaise was not one of them. Consequently, our sandwich was not edible as one of us is allergic to it. When we returned hours later (due to a prior commitment miles away), all we got was shrugs and blank stares. We left in disgust. Terrible service.
I used to love the custard, but lately it seems like it leaves a waxy after taste in your mouth. very off putting.
No reason it should take 25min to get food...then have the order missing food. Ridiculous.
I love the food, but the past 4-5 times they have gotten my order wrong! I pay for mushrooms to be added to my burger and every time, no mushrooms! I have only said something a couple times cause I really don’t like to complain, but come on guys! I feel like especially when it is something I pay extra for I should get it. Disappointed and about to give up on Culver’s all together!
Free Sunday for father's day! One of the few locations with space to park a semi in the street.
Had a great experience at the drive-thru. Great crew tonight.
