Extremely disappointed that our donation request of 2 quart's of ice cream was denied without reason via a generic email by the General Manager. Lucky for us, Leon's Frozen Custard of Oshkosh is a true community restaurant and will be helping us help a great cause.
Purchased a kids meal and the meat was clearly not cooked in the cheeseburger. Would post a picture but it won't let me.
I ordered a chicken cashew salad through drive thru and instead got a garden salad. That's a real let down.
Culver's is great! Love the food and staff. I had my elderly father with me yesterday when we ate and the staff came and opened doors for him and were great in accommodating his needs! We had a great dinner!
In a world where good customer service seems to be nearing extinction, I was caught off guard by exceptional treatment! Thank you for bringing a huge smile to my son's face by replacing his Culver's football and for the delicious butter burgers and curds. You didn't have to go above and beyond and yet you did. I want you to know your kindness did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated !!
It was a very nice place. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
