Had lunch with my kids in the Oshkosh Koeller location today. Haven't been there is a while and after my visit not sure I'm racing to go back. Fries where good, drink was good my bacon cheese burger was a joke. I have single sheets of paper in my printer thicker than the meat and bacon on my burger. It tasted fine - thinking of all of those commercials on TV showing a decent thick burger patty on the grill but that's not what I was served. Take a look at yours next time you pay them a visit.

We ordered a kids meal and wanted the ice cream that comes with the meal was charged for hot fudge. Any other Culver’s we have been too doesn’t charge for a topping. The young girl that was at the drive threw at about 7 pm was very rude and it seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. I’m a firm believer in good customer service. Not like we ordered anything hard. A kids meal and bowl of soup. I’m officially done going there when I come to Oshkosh and I did go to Culver’s at least once a week there.
