I normally love Culver's.. went through the drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich. It took forever and they said that the fish broke being taken out of the fryer so they were making a new one. Ok. Fine. Finally got my food took it home and opened the box and my fish sandwich was missing the top bun. Not sure how you forget that?
I went through the drive thru for lunch today, items missing from my burger, the burger was half off the bun when I unwrapped it, I asked for ketchup packets and there were none......I like your food, but I don't like the fact that it's sloppy and wrong. I always give it another chance and I'm always disappointed.
The food is good And it is very clean inside
Visited tonight and a young man serving food to a table accidentally spilled a shake on the floor. It was nice to see that 2 of his associates came in to help him out and did so quickly and without making him feel even more humiliated then he already felt. I believe their names were Jeremy and Andrew, I think?? Kudos guys! Very impressed with your teamwork!
Got some real idiots working here. Don't listen and try to rush orders when your not even close to be able to order.
Stopped while on vacation, great food and service.
This is the home of the butter burger, one of the best burgers I ever ate. Their frozen yogurt is really good. They also have cheese curds.
Great customer service. My family stopped 10 minutes before closing and we asked if we could sit in the dining area and the gentlemen that helped us said that we would be fine and we could sit and eat. Very nice. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and not rushed.
