good cod basket, just felt fried and fish could've cooked a bit longer
disappointed and their service gets only a 2 1/2. asked for fried onions and got two little pieces of an onion lightly cooked and crunchy still. cheese was not melted

I was so excited to see how busy you were tonight.... fresh, hot food right? Nope. Cold fish :(
Over the past 2 (possibly 3) MONTHS - over a dozen orders - I have gotten home with incomplete orders. They have forgotten several sandwiches, too many chicken tenders to count, countless sides. Honestly, I HAVE NOT gotten home with all of my food for MONTHS! THEY HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST MY BUSINESS!!!
Love Culvers, however they have obviously changed their chicken tenders and not for the better. We have recently gone twice and my kids had fat pockets in their chicken. Two different locations even. My kids do not want to eat them anymore. We have eaten there for years and never had this happen. Hoping this changes!

I've never posted a complaint but tonight we were given over cooked onion rings, cheese curds that had been sitting, a Swiss melt that looked like someone sat on it, and a cheeseburger that was mangled with the top of a mayonnaise pull off container stuck to it. What the heck Culver's?
I'M ONLY SAYING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAME HERE REEEEEEALLY CRAVING CHICKEN TENDERS AND Y'ALL CLOSED EARLY.... change your hours please if they aren't actually the real hours posted on Google AND Facebook... *instert broken hearts here* (I tried the emojis but they turned into question marks...)
