Great, fresh food! But the polite workers and managers make the place!!
Caramel peanut buttercup was gritty and flavorless. They put our 2 scoops in cups that were too small, so when we took the tops off, the melted custard dripped all over.
Came in with my family of 5. We ordered 3 kids meals, 6 pieces shrimp meal and I ordered 4 piece chicken dinner. After 10 minutes all the food came out except the 4 piece chicken meal. We were told it would be an additional 15 minute wait for the chicken. That's ridiculous. The free ice cream cone for the trouble of taking my food to go after my whole family was already done eating was laughable. Get it together!
I love there food and service. People are always polite.
Hands-down the worst I've ever seen at culvers. Service sucks.
