Today was our 4th trip to this Culver's during Covid19, our last 2 trips there were mistakes. 1st one we let slide, 2nd time we had to call and we were told there would be a credit in our name for refund or replacement. Today Cory decided that it was rude of us to ask for clarification. Even after it was repeated back to us wrong. He decided to accuse the driver of speaking to His employees rudely when in fact this Cory has done nothing but demonstrated poor character and servicing over the last 6 months. every time my hubby and I go thru the drive thru (hubby gets a shake)with our dog they give the dog and treat small custard. How awesome is that!!
Husband and I went threw the drive through yesterday. Not busy at all in or out. We ordered 2 cheeseburger snack pacs. Got our drinks and was told to move forward. Remembered we didn’t ask for ketchup. Was still dead in the drive through so my husband backed up and the same young lady who waited on us answered the window. We asked for ketchup she proudly hands my husband 1 little container of ketchup. We said we need more then 1. Managed to get 1 more. Moved up to wait for our food. This location has become very disappointing. Slow drive-thru times(20 minutes for one burger), dirty dining room areas, and just non-courteous staff. I use to love Culver’s, but will no longer give this one my business.
