Service was friendly and quick and all ordered items were correct.
We ordered 2 quarts of the flavor of the day, and they were maybe 2/3rds full... Some employee's fill them well, while others just don't seem to care. Next time I'll order during the lunch hour when there is more supervision.
Got turtle cones this afternoon. The custard was not creamy smooth but sort of gritty. I also had a total of two pecans in my cone with all the rest being vanilla custard. So used to lots of chunks of yummy nuts and caramel and all I got was a vanilla cone. Disappointed for the first time at Culvers! :(
Don't order a burger, you will get a paper thin, see through, burnt piece of I don't know. It's just not meat.. I will never return. The night management was rude and horrible.
We were at the rapids Culvers and we waited a long time, saw my fish dinner sitting on the top shelf above the heat lamps for about ten minutes so when we got home it was barley warm!! My husband said that his Burger didn't taste very good! Your food use to be great, not any more! I can buy food elsewhere for a lot less and it will be hot and taste good!!!
