I ordered and paid for a mushroom Swiss burger and there wasn’t a mushroom to be found.

Very upset with what I came home with for our meal! One burger was under cooked, the other cheese burger was over cooked with the tiniest piece of onion when I said onions I thought that would be more than a small piece and no cheese on it. We stopped coming there a while ago because of undercooked burgers and thought I would try again but shouldn’t have bothered
Asked for leaf lettuce on my fish instead of shredded said they couldn’t do that even though they carry both. But the marshfield location does all the time for me.
The door where you come in from outside smelled like piss you could smell it clearly. I told a "young" manager , he said "oh it's probably the mop water they used". Apparently it had no affect on him cuz you could smell it by the registers. WISCONSIN RAPIDS location.
Kayla (the Ass. Man.) just made me THE BEST CHOCOLATE MALT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! No kidding. I’ve had many a shake and malt in my years on this earth � and This was the finest ever. Kudos, bravo � you have made me a very happy man. Thank you!!
