Always great! Hot food. Good service. Can't go wrong with custard!
My friend and I went to this Culver's this evening and had the best experience! Andre helped us out! He was laughing, dancing and joking around! It was refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job as much as Andre does! Thank you for making my friend and I's experience at this Culver's one we won't soon forget! :)
I love Culver's food and custard! It is always a great treat! I was slightly disappointed today when I ordered in the drive thru and then was told I was unable to use either of my gift cards because the computer wasn't working. I wish they would have said something so I could have ordered accordingly. The food was great today but I wish I wasn't forced to spend cash.
I asked for no tomatoes because I am allergic to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on there and I asked for a concrete mixer lemon with strawberry and they gave me a strawberry shake instead and I'm allergic to ice cream and they want to replace my order and they shot their drive-through window in my face and then we're came back and I even tried to call there and the guy hung up on me
My granddaughter's Make A Wish reveal was at this Culvers. The owner and his family made it an extra special evening for all of us. The staff were and are so welcoming and gracious! Thank you!!
I've been going there for more than 6 years. Not sure if I will be going anymore as 2 times in less than 3 months I've been missing stuff from my drive thru order. I understand that people make mistakes but I've never had this problem until now. Last time I called they said I could come back I opted not to so they sent me a coupon for a free meal but I will not be calling this time.
