The staff was loud, goofing around, cheese curds were cold, not very clean. Again, the staff was horrible, 5 or 6 kids behind the counter, all with the ones by registers had their backs to customers, had to actually ask to make our order. And they were so LOUD!
The last few times I have been here they have forgotten items. Tonight they forgot two orders of fries even after correcting the woman on our order a few times. After getting home the items were missing and on of the burgers was as flat as a pancake.
RecommendedSamuel noticed we were waiting in line for a bit, he went above and beyond and asked what we ordered and ensured me he would get it out right away! We were just hanging out and not even in a hurry. Good job kid!! plus gave us coupons for free dessert!
Thanks Culver’s of Blaine for the awesome shakes tonight at the Unity ER! It was a nice treat before bed after a long 12 hour shift!
We ordered a COD sandwich and it did not with a top bun. what?? Also ordered a basket meal, sandwich was fine but no fries. too long of a line to go back for a correction. bummed out after 15 min. in line.
tasty food, great custard, friendly staff
I've never been disappointed in Culver's before. But tonight our fries tasted like cardboard, and my Deluxe Cheeseburger's bun was not at all like it normally is. Too much bun and no flavor. What happened? I don't mind having the longer wait here than other fast food places because normally the food is so much better. Not tonight though!
Took an hour to get food. Things were still missing like my son’s kids meal drink and his ice cream. Our ice cream came out first so needless to say after an hour it was melted. They said they could remake it but why would I want to risk it taking another hour just for that.
the double cheeseburger is awesome followed by a sunday with the flavor of the day ice cream, watch for their coupons!
