Best service!! and the owner is genuine! This Culver's restraunt is one of my favorites. We love the staff and the management , we miss seeing the friendly owner who always made a point to greet us as we are regular customers. The personal touches in the store are always so classic- like the fresh cut flowers. Terrible service didn’t know what the hell they were doing and I didn’t get my fries
This place is a joke, they refused to assemble my sandwich per my request, because I have allergies. Total discrimination!!!! Apparently if you have allergies you are not allowed to eat lunch. 100% ignorance on how to treat customers. Do not support this business.
Initially had great service, except an employee accidently added a chicken strip basket to my order. Got it refunded without trouble. My custard on the other had witch was supposed to be Carmel fudge cookie dough was infact just vanilla with some cookie dough. When I went back to the counter the associate squirted some Carmel on the top and gave it back to me. I'm sure I'll find a way to post the pic
