Always forget some of the food ordered and are not nice about it when you call to tell them. Every single time in the last year that we have gotten food there inside or drive through, dine I or take out, there has been food missing. EVERY TIME! entire meals on a few occasions as well. Stuff happens and people make mistakes but it’s EVERY TIME!

I ordered the shrimp basket today.. 1st time I've been there for a very long time and the shrimp are undercooked I didn't get my French fries and I can't get anybody to answer the phone. And I'm not driving back there. I would say bad customer service. Also they weren't even that busy.
Went in for lunch today and the new owner heard it was my birthday and brought out a mint custard desert! It was great service and awesome food. Thank you Brandon!
Culvers have excellent double melt and they have excellent ice cream

Culver's on Peoria has good food but very bad management. (Metrocenter) They don't train properly and expect their employees to know the rules. Now I know why they hire kids and treat them with no respect so they quit. Mangement is not consistent in every shift. I have so much more to say to the owner. I am very upset. I wouldn't let my worst enemy work for Culver's. Much less my granddaughter.She was so happy to get her first job. By the way don't go by that hypocritical commercial on TV.

I live nearby this Culver’s and visit it frequently. I also walk around the neighborhood with my dog and pass in front of the store almost daily. When it snows they never shovel the sidewalk that runs parallel to LaPorte Avenue. This is annoying and dangerous. It’s a tiny strip of walk between two businesses to the east and 1st Source Bank to the west, all of which keep their sidewalks cleared of ice and snow.
