Another bad experience at this Culver’s. Very slow the food was cold my cheese curds were not even cooked all the way. The staff was also not friendly again. I used to like this place but I think when we drive through again it will be somewhere else. Also the same thing that has happened the last 4 visits.

Stopped in on my way home after looking at a boat for sale. Food and service was the best. Large portions and our waitress Kit was very kind and helpful so a big thanks to her also
I ordered a two scoop flavor of the day(blackberry cobbler) , and the cup was not even as full as you would expect for a one scoop.Was informed that management had told them to reduce the portion sizes.I guess I will reduce the size of my patronage as well.

I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. Great fresh food!Fast service
The staff was loud, goofing around, cheese curds were cold, not very clean. Again, the staff was horrible, 5 or 6 kids behind the counter, all with the ones by registers had their backs to customers, had to actually ask to make our order. And they were so LOUD!
the food is cooked as ordered. fresh and hot and the different breads are to die for.
