Terrible service every time i go. Orders are always wrong. Ordered a hot fudge Sunday and got a liquid chocolate ice cream in a cup. Not going back to this location any longer
took my little granddaughter we got a single cheeseburger . one with ketchup 1 midnight they ended up giving me catch up on mine so that upset me. I had to go back and get another one
Ordered Culvers to go for my family of 6 a month ago. Culvers forgot completely to give us more than half of our items. It was raining and we didnt want to drive back across town to get the rest but the manager assured us he would put a note in their book that we would get that exact order for free next time to make up for it. Went to use that and turns out that there is nothing written down and current manager said "you cant prove anything so I am not giving you anything". Really upset, ordered my food and was asked to pull forward, got our food right away and then had wait another 20 mins just to get our smoothie. Other cars that had ordered after us were already getting their food and drinks before use. Poor customer service...
I’ve ordered twice in the last month, and both times my food was dripping with grease. Not just greasy as I would expect a cheeseburger to be, soaked bun full of grease...not ok. I’ve worked in restaurants, it’s not difficult to have a non-Greasy food item. Pathetic.
