The Tenderloin was too done, tiny bit of ketchup and mustard on only one bun, one pickle (government must be pickle rationing) and the kid that brought the food to the table was Attitude Boy. Never again. Bye, Culvers.
Stopped in for a smoothie... didn't get a smoothie... some sort of thick frozen mush.. bleh
I go to to this Culvers pretty frequently and I usually have good experiences for fast food. But, I had a pretty poor experience the other night, I waited over 20 mins for food and when I got home, the burgers we're burnt. I waited until the next day to call because I was pretty ticked. I spoke to Manager, Brian, and he was AMAZING! He listened to my complaint, and made my experience right with a refund. I had chicken strips french fries and some awesome ice cream
Second time that the only thing they didn't screw up was the straws. Then when I ask them to fix it I get explosive attitude. No I am sorry about that or we will work harder, just attitude. Believe I won't be back!!!!!
So went there got a salad was spilled out and in the bag left a message on their voice mail no return call drive by today and spoke to young male manager not even a sorry nor did he offer to get a replacement Culver's you failed won't be back
Stopped there last night. The young man in the drive thru was less than enthusiastic, almost sounded like we were inconveniencing him. He did not take our order correctly and when we were handed the wrong item and gave it back and asked for the right thing - he actually rolled his eyes and sighed, definitely making it known that he wasn't pleased.
