Kudos to the 2 guys at this location today! Jamen was working the pay window..I dropped my card as he was handing it to me so it fell under my car..he said he was sorry & ran outside to get it for me! Then Connor was running at a full sprint to bring the orders out to the waiting cars! These employees need to be commended for their customer service~ thank you~ I appreciate you both!
The food was great! it was my first experience at this restaurant and I loved it!
Good frozen Custard I really like the mint and m&m’s one for my 2 toppings and or mix ins.
Employees more concerned about chasing us out than getting the order right. We were told when we ordered at 940 they were closing in 20 minutes. Then walked all the way to out table to tell us they were closing in 5 minutes. I have never been chased out as there is always clean up. Drive up is open another hour any way so our being here is no problem for them .
I was just at the Urbandale location and they said my gift card didn’t have anything on it , I just checked the balance $25 . I had to ask for the card back , they weren’t giving it back . What kind of scam are they trying to run . I had to end up paying with my debit card , which at first tried to tell me that didn’t work , it definitely does I said , and it did finally , hope they didn’t skim my card . Terrible service, don’t know how to run the cash register. I asked for a banana split and they asked me if I t was ice cream, I pointed it out on the menu and they rang it up incorrectly, they asked for help and rang it up wrong again, it was listed as 4.89 without tax, first time it rang up as 2.63, next time it rang up at 5.93. Not once did it say a banana split, it said 2 scoop sundae with a banana added, how can you screw up an item list on your menu. amazing service! The food was fresh, and they staff very friendly! They didnt even forget my little dog. she got an icecream as well!

When u order a Wisconsin Swiss melt and they forget the sautéed onions. So u go up and ask for them to put the onions they forgot on your sandwich..... in which they proceed to put cold purple sliced onions scattered on top... then I have to explain how they are supposed to make the sandwich correct and then she just plopped a handful right on top of my sandwich... really?!?!
