We were there last night waited 20 minutes on two meals one mashed potato came without gravy ..they chicken strips were border line burnt causing them to be dry inside... We took it to go ...wasnt HAPPY at all
My wife & I just waited in the Iowa City drive thru for 1 hour, 9:05pm - 10:05pm. When our food finally came, the woman that handed it to us, started screaming obscenities at us. The food was very cold, obviously it had been sitting on the counter for several minutes. I used to love this place. Now, I’ll never return & I will make sure to spread the word of terrible employees.
One hour wait in drive thru is unacceptable!!! �
Went through drive through and got no drink. Stale fries with the look of oil that needs to be changed. Adios.
40 minute wait in the drive through because someone in the kitchen "lost my order." Then the idiot child who had to bring me my food out gives me my food and my money back and says "good deal right?" No, you bumbling incompetent, $11 for 40 minutes of my time is not a good deal. First time in my life I've ever rage ate cheese curds.
This location is going downhill. Idk if its new management or new staff. The last couple of times I've come my order was messed up in a major way and drinks were only HALF filled!! Its really sad because Culver's is my go to when I don't want to cook. Will not be coming back.
