No face coverings for employees during a global pandemic? I’ll skip the butter burgers until you get it together.
They are potential Covid spreaders. They don’t wear masks probably don’t wash their hands either. Bathrooms dirty.
Wear a mask! Your food isn't all that good, either. Burgers overcooked, soggy fries.
It’s my understanding that the Culver’s general manager and store employees are not complying with the city or countywide mask ordinance. Doing so endangers the workplace safety rights of your employees, endangers public and staff health—and breaks two laws. I am deeply disappointed in Culver’s and trust all these problems—which should not have existed in the first place—will be rectified soon.
fish fillet i just got was 1/2 the width of the bun. staff was unpleasant
RecommendedMy experience tonight was fantastic! There were two of us in line and the manager jumped right up to a register so we didn’t have to wait. My food was brought promptly and piping hot, just the way I ordered it. Then as I was finishing up and putting on my coat, a nice gentleman stopped and offered to clear my tray for me. Top notch, thank you for being different than other “fast” options in town!
Do not recommend. Good food but I went to get ice cream waited 10-15 minutes and I had to remind them I had ice cream. They asked what it was a few times and still didn’t get the order right. The. I had to wait for a refund and the managers number So I wasted a bunch of time and didn’t even get my ice cream. And not once did anyone say sorry or anything Untill I called the assistant manager.
Polite staff and clean, cozy environment.
