I love Culver's, but today I'm super disappointed. Drove to the store specifically because the flavor of the day was my favorite - dulce de leche cheesecake. Pulled up to find out the flavor of the day was really reese's. It was before 6:00pm, so I don't believe they had run out. Just changed their minds I guess. Don't think I'll be trusting the flavor of the day list any more.
Culver's root beer is awesome!

Double check your bags before you leave! Second time now that the drive thru has gotten my order wrong and I didn't realize until I got home. Order was missing all my fries and no bacon on my double bacon deluxe. Plus, wasn't given a receipt to top it off. What a pain.
We ordered some ice cream through the drive through and after 20 minutes and 9 cars that got their food before us my wife went in to see what was taking so long. She asked to speak to the manager and he came over and before she had a chance to say anything, he told her each order takes different amount of time. She started to explain that we had been waiting for 20 minutes and he turned around and walked away from her. It was the worst customer service that she has ever seen. Went through the drive thru to get some ice cream and waited almost 30 mins. We only order 2 concrete's (brownie and chocolate covered strawberry) and watched several cars leave with their food and ice creams. After 20 mins my husband went to make sure that we weren't forgotten since they bring a bag of food to us that belonged to the car behind us. After another 5-10 mins we got our ice cream and we're given 3 pages of coupons for the wait. Which was nice except the coupons expired on 4/23/17
Sooo tasty. I would go there every day if i could.
