Check your order before you leave! They omitted a big part of my order (that I was charged for). I called when I got home. The employee apologized, took all my info, including my receipt number and promised they would mail out a voucher for the missing item the following day. 8 days later...STILL NOTHING! First time customer, won't be back. The 'burger' was a mangled piece of dried out, see through 'meat'. It looked awful and I've never been served anything that disgusting at even a McDonalds. Not going to pay over 5$ for something they scraped off the grill and should have put in the trash. They refunded my money. I didn't want another one. Totally lost my appetite. So disappointing.

I used to love this place and it's been a few years... I ordered a burger, quality isn't the same as I remember. The cheese was half on the patty and my bun was a squished. Also not sure if it's just toasted weird or Wat the deal is but the texture is wrong somehow... Like it's dried out or stale maybe? It was much better when I had it about 8 years ago.
I like it it's fortunate I can still eat there but I have to eat the same diet each time I go in or I will get very sick from my dietary requirement!!!!
Great food and employees are great. Addicted to the cheese curds!!
Here on travel for the month of July from Alabama. I had never heard of you guys before. Just tried the butter burger cheeseburger! Tastes wonderful :)
