Ordered a fish sand. with the bun not toasted. First time it came out it was a chix sand. with a tsted bun. Second time it was a fish but with a tsted bun. I told the guy don't worry I would just eat the fish and not the bun. But to take it back and tell the cooks it was wrong again. He picked up the tray it was on and just threw it away right in front. 11920 Miami st I got food through the drive thru last night, mushroom and swiss, it was cold and gross by the time I got home, 2 blocks.
Horrible! I ordered the 2 piece cob dinner..first they forgot to give me the cole slaw then looked at my plate again and they gave me 4 french fries..I told the manager and he brought me my cole slaw and an order of fries but threw them on the table and didn't apologize or anything! He just gave me a dirty look and walked away....noticed 2 more customers coming in with their order from the drive thru which was wrong. ...will never go there again..a tip for the manager...if u can't give good customer service..stay out of the ... read more
Another restaurant in Omaha where the service has gone downhill. Will be traveling farther for my next Culvers Burger.
The food is wonderful and the service is awesome!!!
Horrible drive thru service every time I visit the location on 119th and Miami they either mess up my order or completely forget to give me an item, but this last experience take cake. I was asked to check the screen to see if my order was correct, so I looked it over as I always do and sure enough they forgot a burger basket meal I had ordered.
