Me and my wife’s family visited this location on 9/16/2020 and it must have been a bad day for one of their employees. He told my wife and her mom to move out of the way because he needed room. It was completely unacceptable. Afterwards another customer came up and said he was missing items from his order and was told it’s too bad because he couldn’t find the items. Super sad I’ve been to Culver’s all over in several states & asked to get a pup cup. They lady said we don’t do those very rudely. I said I’d be happy to pay, she said we don’t do that. I asked if I could get a small child’s one scoop cup or the smallest vanilla like that comes with a kid’s meal. Huffed “yah... I guess I dunno”. (We ordered other food for dinner & Ice cream also.) RecommendedOur first time at Culver’s this week. Was looking for a really good fish sandwich and read about Culver’s cod sandwich and it looked delish. Decided to give it a try using takeout as the drive thru line was long and we were prepared by having our masks. We ordered two fish sandwiches, a regular fries and a chocolate malt. The fries were great, the fish too except it was lacking in the amount of sauce and cheese advertised. I would request extra next time. Definitely would not recommended this Culver’s. I have been to Culver’s numerous times and have never been as disappointed with a location. Besides the staff being rude, the food is 3 hours old and cold throughout. To top it off I ordered a medium Root Beer with my meal, it came 70% full..... with no ice. 👎
