RecommendedYour Dining Attendant/ Crew person named Nathaniel was Super Friendly. Our salad should have had crispy chicken but had grilled chicken instead. He was very apologetic for the mix up. We love coming to Culver’s but our last couple of trips here have us questioning if we’ll be back. Please train your staff on proper food handling and cleanliness. Recently we have experienced an employee handling the drive thru and then turning around to cut up a banana, pick it up, and then throw it into my ice cream. Went to sit down at a table and it smell like mildew...come to find out the towel the kid was using on the table reeked. Bought another banana ice cream and got to pick out rotten banana. IQ must be low in this building. I always get a deluxe with NO onions....how do they consistently give me just a double with nothing but cheese and onions?! That sounds like false advertising to me...HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
Two scoop cone—so disappointed
The food is good! But the many times I have eaten there I have noticed that the soda station and condiment area could use a Good cleaning! I was there at 11:10am. And they open up at 10:30 am so the restaurant only being open for only 1/2 hr I don’t think the station should look as dirty as did! Might Mention that to the employees there,instead of standing around doing nothing, maybe do some cleaning!
I love the food. I just wish that it did not cost $1.50 more on top of the price of a combo to change fries to cheese curds.
