Ordered the fish dinner fish and fries were cold, I didn't receive my tartar sauce. I was very disappointed 😞
Today I received the worst burger I've ever had in my life. I ordered a butterburger cheese with a gluten free bun. I am aware the bun comes on the side, which is fine. I was served a cold, crusty "burger patty" in a box, plain with no cheese. The patty was so thin you can see through it and it was dry and cold. I have serious concerns about the food safety at this location. I have never had bad experiences at other locations. They also got the order wrong, and it was missing items. Never had an issue at this location. Food always come out fast and hot. Great food, no complaints. Workers during any hours are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are always kept clean.
