Slow, waiting for almost 20 minutes for a kids meal and ice cream.. for being almost $20. I expect faster drive thru service .. also there's seven other cars in line waiting for their orders as well through the drive-thru and people are coming out the cars..
What on earth has happened to this location? The past 5 orders I have gotten have been wrong. Sounds like corporate needs to visit!
Culver’s has been a go-to in my family for years but tonight makes me question wanting to go back. My dad and I arrived 15 or so minutes prior to closing. The lady taking the order seemed very nice although I’m sure it was a long day. We asked for a sourdough melt with no onions and to add thousand island sauce, a single butter burger with cheddar cheese, a medium fry, and a cookies and cream shake.
