I dined in, the food was typical for Culver's. On the way out I ordered one concrete mixer to go. After more than 10 minutes of waiting I finally said something to an employee. They then made what looked like just a cup of blended vanilla custard. It was not even appealing enough to eat.
Purchased 4 custards all were delicious!
