am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Culver’s. We placed an order for custard through the drive-thru and were charged, then left waiting for over 30 minutes past the posted drive-thru closing time. During that entire time, we received no food, no meaningful update, and no apology. When we finally asked what was going on, the drive-thru employee was rude and dismissive.
