Went through the drive thru at 9:25pm on a Saturday and Natali greeted me at the window. She handed me my drink that had no ice and I said are you out of ice and she said yes right here I am. But we have ice in the lobby I said okay well am I able to get a refund because I do not want a drink like this. She said I guess I can go see if we have ice out there.
