I rarely write reviews, but I just have to do it after what I experienced . This is the third time in 6 weeks I had a horrible experience getting drive thru/online ordering. The latest event happened Saturday September 6th. I placed an online order at 7:32pm. I arrived to Culver’s Fulshear at 7:51 pm. The email said the food would be ready around 7:50. Line was long but food was fresh.
I was so excited when I found out Culver’s had opened in Katy. Unfortunately, after the way a family member of mine was treated by the General Manager (whose name starts with a “K”) during their visit around 4 p.m. today, I will no longer be returning to this location. It was shocking and disappointing to hear my family member was so distraught and to learn of the level of disrespect coming from a General Manager.
