After multiple visits at other locations and having been let down, this location is a huge difference! Big shootouts to TY and the crew for the freshest and most tasty meal I have had from Culvers in a long while. TY has beyond exemplary customer service at the front counter, making everyone feel welcome with friendly conversation and great energy. I went to the drive through.Everything was fine, placing the order. The guy told me to pull up some. We'll bring out my order out.Young lady came out handing my bag through the window. No eye contact, no, here's your order nothing.I just felt like she was very rude and unprofessional.
