From 5 stars to 1 star in one visit. The worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. After 20 minutes without food, I asked the front. They said the food was sent to our table but it wasn't. They said they will make another order for me which took a total of 48 minutes. All I ordered were three tender meals with fries. Of course after they finally deliver the food, it's missing drinks, sauces, and the wrong side. Too many other things went wrong to type out. Won't be coming back.
Yesterday on the 22 of August I walked into Culver’s expecting the nice hospitality I usually get and I didn’t get welcomed in and as I’m walking up to the register the person on it decided to walk away so I had to wait for my order to be taken even tho there was a lady named angle that was just standing there waiting she could see me and didn’t take my order she didn’t seem like she was respectful enough to take one persons order when there was no one else in the lobby I was vary upset with how they where being yesterday I ... read more
