They made it right- I went there a few weeks ago and there was a problem with my order when I got home, as I did take-out. I wrote a comment on the Culvers site, and very shortly after, Matt, the manager/owner contacted me and was very apologetic. he then asked for my address and he sent me a coupon to come back so they can make it right. You can't ask for more- issues will happen, it is how the issue is resolved, and for that Matt gets kudos.
