Waiting 15 mins for a turtle sundae, rootbeer float and a vanilla shake. This was after paying at the window. 9 orders came out before mine with only 2 cars in front of me. Was handed already soupy products. Was told they were freshly made. Took order anyway. Got home and found out it was a cashew sundae not a turtle. Very poor showing.
The burger bun was as hard as a rock, the customer service was awful, and disrespectful. The burger patty was also cold, meanwhile I picked up this order no longer than 5 minutes ago. I’m not one to complain usually, but this passed a line and thought it needed attention.
Ordered carry out, and ordered dipping sauce which they charge for. They didn't give us dipping sauce at all, and still charged us for it.
